Founder & CEO:  Richard Floyd

Richard Floyd is the Founder of ProsperQuest™ and currently serves as the CEO.  His years of experience in the direct sales industry, corporate management, business development and consulting, service in leadership positions in church, fraternal and community service organizations, as well as his ownership and management of several companies have uniquely prepared him for this current endeavor.  He is a people person, genuinely concerned about the health and welfare of others and dedicated to helping them to achieve their hopes, aspirations and goals.

The entrepreneur spirit has long been his hallmark, starting at age 10 collecting and selling coins and stamps, starting his own lawn care and handyman business at age 14, and becoming an Amway distributor at age 18.  He paid for his own college education, by working a minimum of two or more part-time jobs at a time.  At age 22 he went to work for a national bulk mail private delivery firm and quickly advanced into upper management becoming the Regional Sales Manager for New England, hiring, training and managing a sizeable multi-state sales organization.  His career includes sales and marketing, sales and finance management, general management as well as the ownership of several companies, encompassing the insurance, temporary help, personnel services, recreational vehicle - both manufacturing and retail dealer, merchant processing, ATM, direct sales and network marketing industries.  Both, his successes and set backs in his business pursuits have served to prepare him for his leadership role in the development and growth of ProsperQuest™.

Happily married for 38 years, with 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, Richard knows the importance of family.  One of his favorite quotes is:  "No success in life, can compensate for failure in the home."  Giving freely of his time, talents and resources he has derived great blessings from his years of service in the community and his church.  Firm in his faith in God and committed to living a life of Christian service, he strives daily to love the Lord with all his heart, mind and soul and to love his neighbor.  He endeavors to live by the golden rule to "do unto others as you would have them do unto you."
