Complete 3 Qualifying PQ Membership sales (your first tier), earn a Direct Sales Commission $25.00 on each one, for a total of $75.00. Commissions are paid weekly, as earned. Assist each of your 3 PQ Team Members (TM) to do the same. As Team Leader, you will receive a $15.00 override commission on each of your second tier sales earning $135.00 (9 sales X $15.00), plus a $14.00 bonus, for a total of $149.00 (plus the $75.00 first tier commissions) = $224.00 Additionally, you receive a $800.00 completion bonus credit that provides you automatic entry into the PQ Leverage Bonus Plan (LBP) and a membershp upgrade with $1,000.00 in Savings Bucks. As your personally sponsored PQ Team Members follow, you will advance to the next tier. As soon as just one of your personally sponsored TM’s has their first personally sponsored TM advance into the LBP you will receive a $600.00 LBP Override Commission, and will continue to earn $600.00 for each one thereafter, ($600. X 9) for a total of $5,400.00. It gets better. You also receive another $800.00 bonus credit which provides you automatic RE-ENTRY into the LBP, and the opportunity to earn another $5,400.00. There is NO limit to how often this can occur. LBP Commissions are paid weekly as earned.
There is more. Just as soon as you complete your 3 Qualifying PQ Membership sales you have the opportunity to continue to make additional membership sales. Starting with your next (4th) sale and each and every sale after that, you earn a $100.00 commission. That’s right, $100.00 for each personal sale, and there is NO limit on how many sales you can make.
But that’s not all. Each time you make an additional membership sale to a new IMA, you are starting a NEW PQTeam. As your new IMA works to secure his 3 Qualifying PQ Membership sales, guess what…YOU EARN the $75.00 override commission paid on each of those 3 sales!!! So, for every NEW Team you start you can potentially earn $325.00 in commissions. Sales commissions are also paid weekly. OVERRIDE BONUS PLAN (NEW): After each of your personally sponsored IMA's (first level) complete their 3 qualifying membership sales, you will earn an override commission of $10.00 on all of their additional sales commencing with their 4th and each one thereafter. As each of their personally sponsored IMA's complete their 3 qualifying sales, you will earn a $4.00 override commission on all of their sales commencing with their 4th and each one thereafter. Override commissions of $4.00 are also paid on all sales, as previously described, on levels 3, 4 and 5.
